The Unnatural Flooring Company are one of the UK’s leading flooring suppliers. Based in Salcombe, South Devon, they specialise in creating great looking, practical flooring solutions that solve many of the problems encountered by natural sisal, seagrass and flat woven carpet.
Unnatural Flooring's website was dated, unoptimised, slow to load and difficult to navigate. This was leading to poor search engine performance and a lack of targeted organic traffic.
Unnatural Flooring approached Upsite with the goal of creating a clean, fast loading and well optimised website that would rank for more non-brand keywords and deliver a far more positive user experience.
We worked closely with Unnatural Flooring to design a responsive website that reflected their brand. With functionality like stockist search and flooring sample ordering, we developed a bespoke site that would help the business grow. Since launch, it has helped reposition Unnatural Flooring among their competitors and deliver a much improved online presence.
After an in depth research and discovery exercise, we are continuing to work with this client by managing their SEO, digital marketing and brand-led PPC.
Unnatural Flooring have seen some fantastic results both from their new website and ongoing SEO. Compared to their old site, health improved 32% and page load times were up 37%.
With in-depth conversion reporting thanks to Google Analytics, they are now receiving more samples orders, brochure requests and commercial enquiries.
